Licensed Residential Care

TRH is licensed as a Residential Care Facility. TRH is able to extend care to any resident who becomes dependent in one or more activities of daily living and who has increased medical acuity.

Residential Care fees are based upon the level of care needed by each resident.  Provided services include but not limited to:

All Meals
Laundry, & Housekeeping
Cable TV & Daily Planned Activities
24 Hour Caregiving & Night Security
Monthly vitals (weight, blood pressure and pulse)
Scheduling of Doctor Visits if needed

A fee and deposit schedule is available upon request.

Octaplexes

Octaplexes are studio-like apartments with a central fellowship room shared by eight residents.  The center room is used by residents as a gathering place, to work on jigsaw puzzles, and a quiet place ready or play games.  There is also a microwave and refrigerator in the fellowship room for the resident’s convenience

McHenry I and II

The McHenry residences are the newest Residential Care Buildings.  McHenry 1 has 4 studio-like apartments each with a wheelchair accessible bathroom.  McHenry 2 has two one-bed room studio-like apartments also with wheelchair accessible bathrooms.  Both buildings have a center fellowship room used by residents as a gathering place with microwave and refrigerator for the resident’s convenience.

Independent Living

Residents in Independent Living arrangments can prepare their own meals and are responsible for their own care and doctor appointments.

Meals can be taken in the central dining room for an additional charge.

Nursing staff services are available for an additional fee.

A fee and deposit schedule is available upon request.

Apartments

Apartment units are located in the central area near the dining center. Each unit has one bedroom, bath, living area with a kitchenette, and storage.

Cottages

Cottages are located in several areas of the larger complex of Turner Retirement Homes. These have two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living-dining area, and utility room. A separate garage is available.

Duplexes

Duplexes are located throughout the grounds. The have one or two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living-dining area, utility room, and an attached single-car garage. Many units have air conditioning.
