Licensed Residential Care
TRH is licensed as a Residential Care Facility. TRH is able to extend care to any resident who becomes dependent in one or more activities of daily living and who has increased medical acuity.
Octaplexes
Octaplexes are studio-like apartments with a central fellowship room shared by eight residents. A microwave and refrigerator are available in the fellowship room.
Provided services include: all meals, nursing care (including scheduling of doctor appointments and transportation), laundry, housekeeping, and security.
Fees are based upon the level of care needed by each resident. A fee and deposit schedule is available upon request.

We provide Independent Living and Residential Care (RCF).
Independent Living
Residents in Independent Living arrangments can prepare their own meals and are responsible for their own care and doctor appointments.
Meals can be taken in the central dining room for an additional charge.
Nursing staff services are available for an additional fee.
A fee and deposit schedule is available upon request.
Apartments
Apartment units are located in the central area near the dining center. Each unit has one bedroom, bath, living area with a kitchenette, and storage.
Cottages
Cottages are located in several areas of the larger complex of Turner Retirement Homes. These have two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living-dining area, and utility room. A separate garage is available.
Duplexes
Duplexes are located throughout the grounds. The have one or two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living-dining area, utility room, and an attached single-car garage. Many units have air conditioning.
Houses and Manufactured Homes
Houses and manufactured homes are also located throughout the grounds. These have two bedrooms with den, one and half baths, living-dining area, and utility room and an attached double-car garage.
