Active Volunteer Board of Trustees

Our non-profit organization began with the charitable guidance of a governing Board of Trustees with the help of a Board of Advisers in 1933. They represent over supporting congregations of the Stone-Campbell movement, often called the Restoration Movement, congregations titled Christian Churches, Churches of Christ and Disciples of Christ. Forty percent of our Board Members have served the churches in professional leadership as ministers, missionaries or some other full time capacity. The other sixty percent have been very active in volunteer church leadership. Over 75 years later the support and service of our volunteer Board of Trustees still guide Turner Retirement Homes and help strengthen our mission.
