General Admissions

Fill out an application form and turn it into the office  with a non-refundable $150.00 application fee. You will be notified if the application has been approved. 

To be considered for residency, approved applicants must schedule to meeting with Administration. Please call the office to set that up.

Upon acceptance of your residency a $2000.00 deposit is required at the time of move in with your First Month's Rent. (Pro-rated if applicable.)
