Your Care
The Turner Retirement Homes Residential Care Facility is honored to serve you as a resident. Our desire is to exalt Jesus while caring for His people. TRH is licensed as a Residential Care Facility and is able to extend care to residents who become dependent in one or more daily activities or who may have increased medical needs.
Our caregiving staff is attentive to the needs of our residents with one-on-one 24-hour care to help and assist with our residents' daily living tasks including bathing, toileting, and medication supervision as needed. We do not offer skilled nursing services.
Residents in our Residential Care Facility are welcome to take part in all scheduled activities that are overseen by our Activity Coordinator, who plans many different and interesting activities for all of our residents with varied abilities.
What We Provide
- A studio type apartment with a central fellowship room shared by up to eight residents. (This includes access to a microwave, refrigerator, and food storage cabinet.)
- All utilities paid
- Basic cable TV
- Three meals per day served in our dining room
- Planned activities
- Monthly vitals (weight, blood pressure, and pulse.)
- Medication Management
- Weekly laundry service
- Weekly housekeeping service
- Security and in-room call system
- 24-hour assisted care
- On staff RN
- Arranged medical appointments. (Does not include transportation.)
Upon approval of your application, we will schedule an evaluation with our Care Coordinator. Upon acceptance, you will enter into the facility under one of four levels of care. No pets are allowed in the Residential Care Facility.

- Level 1 - $3,300.00 per month
- Level 2 - $3,550.00 per month
- Level 3 - $3,800.00 per month
- Level 4 - $4,050.00 per month
McHenry II Living: One-Bedroom Apartment with a private bath
- Base Rate: $3,600.00 per month
